Personal Information You Disclose to Us: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the App. The personal information we collect includes:

• Name and Email Address: We collect your name and email address when you create an account.
• Passwords: We collect passwords for authentication purposes (stored securely via Google Firebase).

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process: If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To manage user accounts: We may use your information for the purposes of managing our account and keeping it in working order.

We only share and disclose your information in the following situations:

• Compliance with Laws: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) to securely store your data and manage your authentication.

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

1. In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the CrawlIQ app by navigating to the "Profile" screen and clicking the "Delete Account" button.
2. Email Request: You may also request data deletion by emailing us directly at psp.medeti@gmail.com.
